Can we do a resort buyout?

Yes! We welcome hotel buy-outs and can customize the experience for your group! We can host up to 26 people overnight for 3-night minimum on weekends, and 2-night minimum on weekdays.

What if I just want to do a group booking and not buyout the hotel?

Great! Our maximum group size is 8 guests or 3 rooms. If you have more guests, you’ll have to buyout the hotel.

What is the capacity for a special event?

We can host a microwedding of 35 guests, up to 50 guests for a dinner and mingling, or up to 75 for a casual loungey event like a pool party or cocktail hour.

Are there site fees?

We do require site fees depending on your group needs. Site fees are negotiated per event.

What is your event curfew?

Due to Palms Springs city ordinance, outdoor events must conclude by 10PM. All noise and music, including live bands, DJs and our sound system must be capped at 50 decibels during the day, 45 decibels after 6pm and must be off after 10pm as we are located in a residential area. We suggest renting a silent disco set if you like to turn the volume up or secure an after party venues if you want keep your event going.

Can we bring our own catering and alcohol?

BYOB is not permitted however Yara offers several open bar beverage packages. A la carte services are available for groups smaller than 12 people. If you prefer to bring in a separate cocktail service for your event, there is a $500 vendor fee and they must be licensed and insured.

Outside catering is permitted with approval and we can provide a list of caterers we recommend. On site kitchen access and food storage are extremely limited so let’s discuss and figure out to bring your vision to life!
